Paranoia

Paranoia
..Is another word for fear. A subtle shade of fear.
I walked all the way to the gate and it hit me _ I locked my door, but not twice.
So what if someone broke into the locked door?
And oh, the iron was still plugged in, however off.
I turned off the gas cooker knob. But it’s not positioned exactly where it should be.
I know this man is genuine-hearted, but what if he breaks my heart.
Dear saints, the spirit of fear has not been given to us, but we inherited it from the serpent and some call it Paranoia. Mind games taking over power, love and sound mind.
What if I scratch this?
What if I lose this person?
What if the interviewers reject me?
What if I make a mockery of myself on stage?
What if? What if? What if NOT

The thing with fear is, it steals this moment. The present. As you think of what ifs, the clock is ticking time away and what will you have to show for it?
An illusion of doom?
Dear saints, paranoia is not from God. Boldness is not handed to you on a silver platter either. You have to fight for it. You have to speak and reaffirm your power.
Literally, take up courage
Pick it up!
Speak it up!
Cast the paranoid thoughts out for you do not control time.
Just know and believe that even if the worst happens, so long as you have breath, you’ll be fine.
So why not live. Breathe. Enjoy the now
